Once we receive your details, a team member will promptly contact you to discuss your needs and answer any questions. Our team of land specialists will then assess your property based on the local market conditions and provide you with a fair cash offer. We explain the offer clearly over a phone call and follow up with an email for easy review and electronic signing.
Once you accept and sign the offer, we handle the rest. We partner with a local title company or closing attorney to manage all aspects of the transaction, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. Deals can typically close in as little as 3 to 4 weeks, allowing you to complete the sale quickly and move forward with confidence.

Yes! We have purchased plenty of properties with back tax issues. All of your property information will be sent to a title agency who in turn will do the research on things like back taxes. If the back taxes are within reason, Citrus Acris will pay the back taxes at the time of title transfer. We take care of all fees associated with the purchase of your property.

Occasionally we may need to set up a call to clarify a few details or discuss your goals further, if this is the case one of our agents will reach out directly via text to find a time that works best for you.
To give you a true offer it’s important for us to have as much information as possible, so we prefer to have a team member communicate with the county planning & zoning and the local utilities company to confirm due diligence information.

We have preferred title companies in our network that handle all fees and transfer of money via escrow. We want this to be safe and easy for both of us.

You will not! When selling a piece of property, you can visit a title company or notary that is local to you and complete the closing documents with them. From there you can overnight or ship via your preferred carrier to the local title company that we are using to close.
The entire transaction can be completed by mail, e-mail, and phone.

When you return the sales agreement, we will open escrow with our title company and do all the necessary legal work to complete the transaction.
After the title research is completed, you will receive a package of final documents to sign along with simple instructions. Oftentimes we’re able to close in as little as 2 weeks. We strive to make the sales process as quick and convenient as possible for our clients.

That changes a lot from property to property, but we work with a number of people and help them to get properties that they can develop. Once we buy, we do prep work to make sure it is buildable and then help get it ready to do so. This can include surveys, perc tests, environmental studies, adding utilities to the property, clearing trees, etc. If the developers are not interested in the property, we will either hold it as a long term investment or go to market with the property.
